The LifeStraw Personal Water Filter Overview
Everyone has the right to safe drinking water, it is a basic human right. However, not all water or water filters are equal. LifeStraw Personal Water filter membrane microfilters are made of hollow fiber membranes which have microscopic pores of 0.2-micron size.
Dirty water enters on one side and the bacteria and parasites are trapped because they are larger than the pores. Only clean water passes through, so you can drink water anywhere.
LifeStraw Personal Water Filter doesn’t make the water taste bad, it tastes like normal filtered water. I have used this product on all my hiking trips for more than a year now and it is still working fine.
What I love about the LifeStraw water filter is, is that you can use the filter as is and put it in a water stream and drink or you can put the LifeStraw water filter in a bottle fill it up with contaminated water and drink it then.
LifeStraw water filter can only be used for freshwater, so if you are hiking along the beach you cannot drink the seawater.
